Library Loot

Library Loot is a weekly event that is co-hosted by Marg and Eva.
...encourages bloggers to share the books they’ve checked out from the library. If you’d like to participate, just write up your post-feel free to steal the button-and link it using the Mr. Linky any time during the week. And of course check out what other participants are getting from their libraries.

I just got home from the library with the kids. Master K is on a Lego: Medieval Adventures and Spiderman & Friends reading frenzy. While Sophster is a little upset that she didn't find Inkheart or A Series of Unfortunate Events # 8, but she did bring back home quite a few books, including a Jane Blonde book and Harriet the Spy.

Here's what managed to get in my tote bag:

You can join in the fun by visiting here.

I've always wanted to read Anne Perry but just have never got to her. What is the first Monks novel? Where do I begin? I'm a stickler for reading a series in order. :)

I'm most intrigued by Painted Dresses! Interesting title and cover. :D

Justareadingfool: I love Anne Perry! In my opinion her Monk series is the best. And you definitely have to read it in order. I'm the same way, you don't want to miss anything. The first Monk book is The Face of a Stranger.

Eva: I'm reading Painted Dresses for Take A Chance Challenge. It's my random book. I'm hoping that I'll enjoy it.

Thanks for stopping by Wandeca Reading!
