Library Loot

Library Loot is a weekly event that is co-hosted by Marg and Eva. And I'm a day late. I completely forgot about making the entry yesterday. It's been one of those weeks...

I'm slowly adding to my huge pile on my nightstand. From the last visit I've read only two books, and returned already two others that didn't interest me. Those two reviews will be posted soon. And I've yet to read The Book of Negroes by Lawrence Hill, The Actor and the Housewife by Shannon Hale and Smooth Talking Stranger by Lisa Kleypas.

Are you curious on what came home with me?

You can join the fun here.

Looking forward to your thoughts on the Eloisa James and Jeffery Deaver's books.

Looks like you got some good books! I really like the cover of the Rachel Gibson novel, reminds me of Marilyn Monroe.

I just recently read the first book in the Bacus series and quite enjoyed it!

I think I have an Eloisa James out to read too. Quite often I think I should like her more than I seem to, but I keep on waiting for that one book that is really going to blow me away.

Is Summer on Blossom Street new?

Jeffery Deaver is ridiculous, I read one of his short story collection. It seemed as if he was more worried about the stories having twists, however illogical, than the story being any good.
