Teaser Tuesday

Teaser Tuesday is hosted by Should Be Reading. Here's how you play:

* Grab your current read.
* Let the book fall open to a random page.
* Share with us two (2) “teaser” sentences from that page, somewhere between lines 7 and 12.
* You also need to share the title of the book that you’re getting your “teaser” from … that way people can have some great book recommendations if they like the teaser you’ve given!
* Please avoid spoilers!

My teaser this week is:
'I did not say so,' said Gandalf. 'Who knows? Have patience. Go where you must go, and hope! To Edoras! I go thither also."
taken from page 121, The Two Towers by JRR Tolkien

I think that's my favorite of the Lord of the Rings trilogy. Took me a few tries to get through the first one with that long, boring council. Which kind of shows how I feel about that kind of meeting. Enjoy.

My teasers are here.

The trilogy certainly heats up toward the end. Great teaser.

I read the Hobbit in High School and then never went on to read this series. It is on my TBR list though. Hopefully, someday. Great teaser.

Thanks for stopping by my blog and commenting.
